Tip & Trick Speedup Internet Web Surfing GPRS

Pertama sekali saya mengucapkan selamat berpuasa dan selamat menyambut Hari Raya 2009.

Kedua...

Saya budak baru belajar, kalau salah tolong tunjukkan.

Berhadapan dengan kerenah slow atau perlahan fungsi liputan GPRS untuk surf internet menggunakan Handphone sebagai modem, amat memenatkan. "Tidak pada liputan 3G". Laptop ada, Handphone ada, tapi liputan GPRS. Jangan salahkan pengendali Operator telephone kalian. Sebab sememangnya sudah demikian adanya. Bagaimana untuk selesaikan nya?. Ikuti dibawah ini.

Saya hanya membincangkan liputan GPRS yang mana kawasan kawasan yang tidak dapat liputan 3G.

Mungkin Tip & Trick ini akan berguna buat kalian yang kawasan tidak ada liputan 3G. 

Pertama: Pastikan kawasan liputan GPRS anda 85%.

Kedua: Pastikan Laptop anda boleh menerima handphone kalian sebagai modem.

Ketiga: Cuba semak Tcpip (Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol), DNS apakah yang anda gunakan. Pada yang sudah tahu "maaf ku pohon" Baru belajar.

Setelah itu Set kan Browser yang kalian gunakan. Mozilla, IE8, Flock atau Opera. Setiap satu Browser mempunyai config sendiri bagi mempercepatkan kelajuan berbanding Config yang sedia ada (ASAL). Sesiapa yang dah tahu mungkin boleh berkongsi.

This Registry hack works with ALL Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0x, 5.xx and 6.xx 32-bit releases for Windows 9x/NT4/2000/ME/XP/2003. [Thank you Harry for sending the correct Registry key!]

First exit ALL MS IE instances.

Then open Regedit and go to (current user):

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings

or to (all users):

HKEY_USERS\.Default\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings

if you are the main or only user on this computer.
In the right hand pane you need to create these 2 DWORD [REG_DWORD] Values because they are not present by default [don't type the quotes though :)]:

  * "MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server": defines the number of simultaneous requests to a single HTTP 1.0 server. Double-click on it and type any integer value between 8 and 32 (I use 16) in the Decimal box. Default is 4.

  * "MaxConnectionsPerServer": defines the number of simultaneous requests to a single HTTP 1.1 server. Double-click on it and type any integer value between 4 and 24 (I use 8) in the Decimal box. Default is 2.

Close the Registry Editor when done.
Now hook up to the internet, fire up MS IE and surf away.

CAUTION: Requesting too many connections at the same time can slow down your browser, even if you're surfing on broadband (Cable, xDSL or Satellite).

Terakhir, Kalian boleh semak kembali kaedah di bawah ini:

How to Enable Half-Open TCP Connections Limit in Windows Vista with SP2 or Windows 7

  1. Click Start button.
  2. Type regedit in the Start Search box, and then click regedit.exe in the Programs list.
  3. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password,       or click Continue.
  4. Locate and then double-click the following registry key:

  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\
  Tcpip\Parameters\EnableConnectionRateLimiting

  Note: In Windows 7, user has to create a new DWORD (32-bit) Value registry entry under Parameters subkey, and named the new value data as EnableConnectionRateLimiting.
  5. In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK.
  6. Exit Registry Editor.
  7. Restart the computer (in fact, the change takes effect immediately without the need to reboot).

The registry key works on all 32-bit (x86) and 64-bit (x64) edition of Windows Vista with SP2 and Windows Server 2008 with SP2, and unofficially, Windows 7.

Ok...

Sedikit penyelesaian mungkin dapat membantu kalian untuk surf dengan nyaman. 

Kaedah diatas, saya telah guna pakai, dan hasilnya dapat dimanafaatkan walau tidak selaju liputan 3G.
